So today was my first follow-up appointment with Dr. LeBlanc since my surgery. It turns out that my scale at home is two pounds off and I actually lost 16 lbs since my surgery! WOW!! That is so crazy. He checked all my incisions and said that they looked excellent! He also said I could go ahead and start Phase 3 of my diet, so tonight I had part of a scrambled egg and about three bites of grits.... I think I ate too much because my stomach felt like it was going to burst afterwards, but eggs and grits was such a nice change. I can also start having baby food now, which is nice. I had some baby food bananas and they were quite good.
Anyway, that about sums it up.... my next appointment is in three weeks
