1 Month Post-Op

So Leandro dashed off in a hurry this morning so I will have to get him to take the pictures when he gets home and I will post them later on tonight. I weighed myself this morning and I weighed in at 199 lbs. So, if my memory serves correctly that means I didn't loose a single pound this week :(

That's OK. Dr. LeBlanc said there are going to be some weeks where I don't loose anything.

I wanted to go to the gym tonight and do some cardio, but I slipped on one of the cats toy balls in my kitchen and really hurt my knee! It's all jacked up! I am about to go wrap it now and put some muscle rub on it.

Oh well perhaps next week I will shed some more pounds!!!! :)
